One of our greatest assets is our brain and we need to train it too especially in senior years.  Brain Train class will help keep your brain fit, sharp and ready to fight back age-related memory problems.

Tech &  You

Technology is a tool, and just like any other tool it can be learnt.  This session aims at giving seniors an encouraging space to use and master the technologies they interact with daily but are not familiar with.
